Hello! New to the board and have a question. I live in the metro Detroit, Michigan area and would like to get mastopexy and breast augmentation. I am looking for information on the best plastic surgeons in my area as well as message boards or any information that is LOCAL. I'm not the smartest when it comes to knowing how to search for these things because it seems that all I get is lists and lists of doctors and clinics. I don't want to read the feedback that THEY provide for me, I am looking for an open discussion where patients can share information/experiences on a LOCAL level. Does anyone know of such a forum or can anyone provide tips for me to help my search. Of course if anyone on here LIVES in my area and has input, I would very much appreciate it!

I was also wondering how to research doctors online from a non-biased point of view (not something they post about themselves on their own site). Obviously, I am not the most computer literate person! ...so ANY help at all would be appreciated!! Thank you! :)

Hi...I had a friend who had breast implants done...we live about 2 hours N of Detriot...but my friend went down to the metro area and had hers done (along with her mother and some co-workers). I don't know the name of the dr...but he did an awesome job. So, I know there is at least one excellent one in your area. He put the implants through the bottom part of the nipple and you couldn't even tell...
