Hi there, i used to work in a juice bar and think the sanitisers and citric acids from the fruit were "burning" my hands and the skin on the pads of my fingers continue to peel away in patches, its kinda like a burnt, red shrivelled look and its very uncomfortable. Ive seen the doctor and he said it was dermatitis but its not itchy and scaly and the creams did not work. Has anyone experienced this or know how it can be treated? Thanks
