For the past 7 weeks I've had a headache. I wake up with it, painkillers ease it during the day and sometimes clear it altogether - but the next day its back. I've been having flushes on and off as well and am totally brainfogged. My neck has been feeling very stiff and thought at first it may stem from there but am wondering if the menopause could be causing them?

I think it's way past time that you go to your doctor to have a check up to find out what is wrong.

I definitely agree you should go to your doctor. hormonal changes can kick in migranes (big trigger for me) but the fact that you are taking pain killers every day is probably causing rebound headaches. you definitely need to find the root and get somethign to stop the cycle of daily pain pills.

take care,
Amanda
