im a 20 year old male, the last time i had sex was prbably about 5 monthes ago. my question, for like the past 3 monthes, its been burinig to urinateand ive just noticed these pinhead sized red dots on the head of my penis (not raised, just dots) ive already been treated for chlymidia and ghonorea and urethritis. it still burns to urinate. what could this be? any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be your prostate. A lengthy (more than 10 days) course of the correct strong antibiotic might be just what you need.
The red dots sound like the beginning of balanitis. A little diaper cream with zinc oxide, like desitin, should clear it up in a day.
