I have had chest pain and dizziness off and on for over a year now. My problems started with gallbladder problems on 12/4/2004. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and take Nexium and IBS which I take Librax for. I am 35 a year old female and I believe I have fibromyalgia, not officially diagnosed yet but being treated for it. I am not sure if this is just muscle pain or if the pain is internal. I have had all the heart tests except for the heart cath. All test were normal. I do not have blood pressure problems, however, I take 12.5 mg of Toprol daily to stop my heart rate from jumping up. If you are having a heart attack does your blood pressure increase or decrease? I am trying to figure out when I should be concerned. I have searched the web for hours and I was not able to find anything.
