I had liver resection due to adenoma in October. Liver enzymes had been high before that due to passage of gall stones. Enzyme numbers are normal now, but am showing antibodies. (anti LKM). Does anyone know what causes these besides auto immune hepatitis? I have no symptons of auto immune hepatitis, and a biopsy done on my liver last July showed some fat on my liver, but with no unrest. Does fatty liver cause antibodies?
