I woke up last Monday morning with a localized headache centred above my right eye and also in my right temple. I went to the doctors last Wednesday but she wasn't quite sure what it was and just told me to take some painkillers and to go back and see her if it continued. She shone a light into both my eyes. I take it this would be to check for any pressure behind the eyes?
The headache has now shifted - I no longer have much pain in my right temple and it seems to be located across my whole forehead now. Being the hypochondriac that I am, I'm worried that it could be something extremely serious. I'm not aware of any other symptoms - no nausea or vomiting, no vision problems, no loss of appetite. Is there anyone out there who could put my mind at rest and tell me that it isn't anything to worry about?
