i have been bulimic/restricting for about 6, but last year i managed to sort myself out, and i was ok for about 10 months, now, my grandpa dies in december, and i found out i'm pregnant too, and my eating has gone down hill, i am just scared i'll go back to where i was again. has anyone been in this situation if so , please help?

i think you can be strong and heal yourself, but i think you might need a little help in this situation. have you considered therapy? you've got a lot going on in your life right now, not to mention the fact that your hormones are gonna go a little bit crazy! i think it might be VERY beneficial to speak with someone who can help you cope and stay strong.

for now though, try to focus on how far you've come. i know you can do this, if not 100% for yourself, then i know you can 100% for your baby! good luck!
