I have used it for the last couple of years with great results. It is very expensive though. It is popular in its own right for its results/effectiveness but popularity soared when magazines started reporting that Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt are avid users of it, lol. Go figure, huh???

My skin has been a bit dry and from what I understand it actually repairs this instead of just masking the problem. Did you notice a great improvement in the moisture of the your skin? I have been using a three step system for years and I kind of like the idea of haveing just one good cream, I spend tons of money on what I use now so I think I would actually save money. I have seen so many great reviews on this product. Thanks for your response.

I am not sure if the improvement included more moisture in my skin. I also have very dry skin, and the product my dermatologist recommended for me which I love and definitely adds moisture to my skin is Curel Moisturizing Lotion, available at Walmart for somewhere around $5. Great stuff. The Kinerase, nor any topical treatment, is not a permanent solution. Nothing you can put on top of your skin is going to make a permanent change when you stop using the product; skin regenerates every 28 days (in older folks it takes even longer) so if you stop using any topical product eventually the skin that has been treated is exfoliated away with washing...unless you treat the new skin the old problem will return. Having said that, the Kinerase is one of the most effective non prescription topical treatments. It was highly recommended by a former dermatologist so I started using it. Where I really noticed the improved skin hydration however was with the Curel Lotion that my current dermatologist recommended.

I went tothe dermetolagist yesterday and her did recommend the kinerase for me, he said I had skin that was a fake dry from products that I had been using . I have freckles and a few fines lines but not that many just yet she said the kinerase would be more of a preventative for me seeing as I am in my early 30's and also recommended this product called cotz 58 it is asunscreen she said best one for sensitive skin out there. I love it the two of those combined are amazing the cotz is kind of like a liquid minerals, organic and all natural and just a slight tint to it which matches my skin better than anything I have ever used. I had so many compliments on my skin yesterday it was amazing. I also bought the curel for night time use great product thanks fot the post so much. I think I have found some keepers.....
