I have a friend that I am almost positive is suffering from bulemia.
She has chronic indigestion is always eating Tums. Can this be from the bulemia? What other things can happen. She doesn't run to the restroom all the time, but, once or twice a week after she has eaten.

have you tried asking her? I don't know how close you are to her, but I know that all I wanted (before i told someone) was for someone to notice and ask me if i was alright.

Yes, I've asked her. She laughs and tells me of course not. But, I don't believe her.

when i was really deep into my bulimia, i would have denied it too. i'm in a similar situation, one of my friends has been losing a lot of weight and always talks about food, but when we offer it to her, she turns it down. So it's hard to know if she's telling me the truth when i ask her, because maybe she is. And it's hard because i know i would have denied it too.
