Hey there I'm only 18 but I have puffiness and even some wrinkles under my eyes, because for a few years I used to use my toner there instead of eye-makeup remover (which I know was incredibly stupid since the skin is so delicate, but nobody ever taught me differently). Anyway I stopped doing it a long time ago but my eyes have looked older ever since... and even though it's my fault I want to know if I can get rid of it! Is there like a cosmetic procedure for that or should I just buy a product of some kind... and if so what product works the best?? I feel stupid buying an anti-aging cream or going for an eye lift because I'm so young! But I don't want to have to live with the consequences of my stupidity!

Since your young, and what you did, go to a dermatologist? Plastic Surgen, on wrinkles
a laser you get rid of them, the puffiness, could be caused by a health problem, for example a thyroid problem, not scaring you it is the puffiness I wonder about, puffiness is cause by water or fat under the skin. Others on here know more than I do.

I would make a doctor appointment to see your primary care doctor and take it from there.

I would see a dermatologist as they specialize in this type of thing. They can help you make a good determination on what is the best course of treatment.

I agree see a derm. You should start using a good under eye cream I like clinique all about eyes. I use it morning and night and it does leave my undereyes nice and soft and helps with puffies and dark circles. As far as puffy eyes this is due to water retention usually. Are you drinking lots of fluids at night or eating salty foods that will make you wake up with the puff. Also try and sleep on your back if possible because when you sleep on your face fluid pools into the eye area and you wake up with the puffies. I had a under eye puffieness for months a couple months back of coarse that was becuase I was going through a really stressfull time and not sleeping well. I tried everything under the sun to get rid of it so the tips I gave you are what worked for me.

For a quick fix green tea bags cooled in the fridge helped me as well as grated potatoe.

As far as wrinkles I would not recomend doing anything drastic as you are only 18. I hear you though I am 27 and really debated an under eye lift!! Thank goodness I did not go through with that because surgery is pretty risky and the healing process can be awful and filled with anxiety(results are not always ideal)!!! Don't feel stupid buying an anti wrinkle cream just get a good one (Olay regenerist is good for a drug store procuct). Oh and always wear a day cream with an spf of at least 15. Cetaphil is good and wont clog pores.

Only use a cream that is meant for the eye area in the orbital eye area.

Good Luck!!!
