ive noticed a red blotch on my inner/upper thigh about the size of a quarter. its not painful but its been there like a month and i dont know what it is. does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I have the same thing on my thigh as well.......
did you ever find out what it was??
My blotch is a complete circle and is a light pinkish red.
