Hi everyone,

How is yours day? I'm very confused and I've a lot of questions. I hope someone here can share or contribute some knowledges with me.

1. Does anyone understand what is this Dr talking about "She is in sinus rhythm with wpw pattern" ? Would the sinus rhythm will show on the ECG or not?

2. A-Fib is part of the wpw? It is already in sinus rhythm. How come he said A-Fib with increase in ventricular rate? He also mentioned I previous had an AV nodal ablation.

3. To fix up an A-Fib, one way is AV node ablation. Mine AV node had ablated 20 years ago. Why A-Fib still come? How can you fix it again?

I'm very very very confuse! Hope someone would discuss with me and put in their 2 cents. Appreciate any input.

Cheow
