I dated someone with Leukemia before she was diagnosed with CML (we broke up shortly before she was).
Besides bruising and her being tired alot, one of the things I rememebered about her was that she had a strange smell to her skin. Not a bad one per se, but one that was "different". So different that even to this day, I have a strong recollection of it.
I have read that one's immune system affects your smell as percieved by other's, and I was wondering if this could also be a sign of the disease, since your immune system is out of whack. (She would have been very close to a blast crisis at that point).
