Hey friends, I just wanted to know if some of you would list your anxiety symptoms. I just thought it would help everyone to know that they are not alone. Me..Worry,worry,worry, Get nervous when I need to talk to people or confront people. Upset stomach when nervous. Have out of control fears about things that I have no control over, mind goes 100 miles an hour. And many more. Thanks guys

How did you get over your anxiety? I have DAILY anxiety about health stuff. Like I am always afraid my hernia is going to come back (which would just mean more surgery) and stuff like every little ache and pain (I am going to be 40, sot here are alot of those! lol). I do not have panic attacks, just cry alot. I need help! I do not want meds. This all started pretty much after my dad who abused me died. Would appreciate any advice anyone can give

Hi! My simptoms are pretty much the same as yours. I worry about everything, all the time, about things I have no control over. I'm sure I'm getting wrincked pretty much early in life. I use to have the need to talk to people all the time, but that has been gone away slowly. I think boards like this are a great help, chatting with friends for example is also good to help anxiety.
