I've been taking 50mg of Zoloft for anxiety for about three weeks and have been feeling back to normal for the last week and a half. Today I started feeling depressed and very anxious again and I'm not sure why. Yesterday instead of taking the 50mg pill I took two 25mg. Is there any way that would have had any effect?

Hello, Sorry you are having a rough time. I am on 50mg of zoloft .sometimes I take 2 25mg. There is no difference in dosage. It is still to soon for the full effects of the zoloft. I have decided to just keep on taking zoloft ,even if I think it is not working like I think it should. It is just to soon.
We are still going to have some good days and some bad days. Pretty soon it will be more good than bad.
