View Full Version : Strange, sudden anxiety relapse

Hi all,

I have a problem with social anxiety. I thought I was finally over it, but today I had a sudden relapse. I starting hallucinating (seeing things that weren't really there), then I starting feeling like I was going to have a panic attack. Luckily, I left work before I actually did have a panic attack. But it is strange to have such a sudden relapse, after only a month without it.

Has anyone else ever experienced this????

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

hi hun
I have been getting over my anxiety since new year, and do still sometimes relapse as you say, but the thing i remember is that in order to get better we must have these relapses to get over it properly, dont let it get you down just remember you are over it, and you can deal with it.
I am having major anxiety, i wont go off topic, but i know why so its easier to deal with.
Good luck babe ;)

ive bene struggling wit anxiety for years, it doenst get better all at once, its a pretty slow process, so its very nromal to "relapse" as you put it though i dont htink its so much relapsing as slowly feeling comfertable more often, but still not all the time

i thought i was reayd to go back to shcoo la year ago, i was pulled out for anxiety the year before, but it truns out i wasnt :( i was just closer to ready.. im much-much better now, so ill be back next yeat :)
