Hi There,

Several months ago, I was feeling fatigued and exhausted 90% of the time. What I did is delegated a lot of my duties to my staff at work to lighten my load. Took more time off for myself, vacation and rested a lot and worked less and bought myself a sports car so my drive to a job that I no longer enjoy is much less horrific. :D

Good luck.

I agree if you have alot on you relieve yourself of some of that also another thing to try would be some multi-vitamins even the generics help.....but anxiety and stress can cause the fatigue also drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and make sure your getting exercise

i Totally am,
partly from haveing hypotension, and partly from severe anxiety :(
if nothing serious, its just very frustrating.
the obvious answer is to relax, but only half of what you need to get your energy-level up..

what my docter told me to do is:
eat a balanced diet,
drink lots of water,
get like 20 minutes of excersize (definition: heart rate goes up & soem yucky sweat drops) every day,
and take a good B&C multivitimin (that will give you a great energy boost & help your immune system)

that is definitly the best cure :) but it only works right if you do All of that

Hi! I sympathize with your feeling of extreme exhaustion and fatigue. There are days that I do not feel like I can muster up the energy to do anything at all. Its these feelings that confuse me about what I am really experiencing. I know that I am suffering from anxiety but this feeling seems more like depression to me. I am new to all of this. I have just begun treatment for anxiety disorder by my GP.

Its difficult to discern lack of energy with lack of motivation. I am a teacher and am planning to quit to pursue other talents. Teaching has just become so demanding that I am no longer willing to put my health at risk for something I am losing patience for. So does my loss of energy or desire have more to do with motivation or really loss of energy?

If you find anything that helps you regain your energy, please let me know!

I feel fatigued most of the time. In fact, I feel plain old lazy. That is not like me, and I hope it is the anxiety. I began to wonder if I was also depressed, but that has usually not been an issue for me like the anxiety has. I just have to force myself to do things around the house, and I hate being like that.

americandancer-

I know what you mean about hating that feeling. Even today I have had things to do around the house and I have found every excuse not to. I feel so lazy, but I just do not feel the energy. In fact, I was happy to find that "Gone with the Wind" was on tv today because that meant there were four hours I could sit and do nothing and not feel guilty. But now my husband will be coming home soon and I feel overly anxious to rush around and try to make it look like I did anything at all today because otherwise I feel like he will be mad at me (even though he's not like that). Infact, he often does things around the house and that makes me feel even guiltier. Is this part of the anxiety? I cant take this feeling anymore!
