I have been trying in vain to register with depression forums all day. I thought this was one. I am now seeing that maybe it isn't. But I would like to hear from people who suffer as I do. At worst everything just seems to go dark and anything I manage to do is just in motion. I have suffered for years am on quite alot of meds I am also in therapy. Sometimes things seem okish but like now although I don't want to talk to people right now I thought a forum would help. I won't go on anymore as I'm not sure this is the right site.

welcome
theres a depression board here at healthboards that you can now use

exhaustion and fatigue is often blamed on depression but a possible cause is a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, heavy snoring is a sign

I'm not sure what you mean about 'chat rooms'...there isn't a chat room here...but to view or post on the depression board here at Healthboards all you have to do is log on as you normally do and then just scroll down to the depression board. You will be able to view all topics, or start a new thread there. Ms_Mod
