it can be a side effects of anxiety, but look at other options first, have a physical done, incldueing a complete bloodtest and checking your bood pressure :) im sure your docter can determine whetehr its anxiety or something else
i feel sick whenever i sleepfor more than 9 hours, so that could be part of the problem, those symptoms just match so many prolems that its impossible to tell, if nothing else is wrong.. all i can say is see a docter.

12hrs sounds like way to much sleep.. try getting just 7-8hrs if i slept for 12hrs a day i would feel sick to.. you know the old saying.. "to much of a good thing can be bad for you"..

I have had these same symptoms. I had many tests done which all came out normal. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was told by my Dr. that anxiety CAN produce these very symptoms too. If you don't feel better soon maybe just think about seeing a Doc and asking if he/she thinks fibro is a possibility.

Hi, when my antidepressant needed adjusting I would often start sleeping a lot, same thing with my thyroid medicine. I was hyperthyroid with Graves Disease, but too much radioactive iodine and I am hypothyroid now. So if not enough thyroid medicine, and I start to shut down and feel flu like over a period of time. Sorry you are having such a bad time, hope you get good help soon!
