hi I am new so bear with me! I have allergies to fur/feather grass/tree for the last 3 years, take regular medication inc asthma, Have noticed increasingly I am picking up every virus going, ie sickness and cold bugs! does anybody know if this is a result of having allergies? as before I rarely picked up viruses/infections

You mention having asthma. Did you get your flu shot?
