Since everyone has been so helpful, I have another question. I finally went to a allergy/sinus specialist. I'm getting a CT scan done and an allergy test.
I started having sinus issues in October. I'm going through the most severe inflammation/congestion/ infection right now. She says that the CT scan will help alot to help treat this, especially if it's an infection. She gave me
Nasonex, prednisone, zyrtec, and doxycycline.

Is it a good idea to take natural anti/biotics/viral/fungus also?
I bought a product that contains elderberry, olive leaf extract, garlic, oregano oil, rosemary oil,and larch tree extract.

Not if you are allergic to any of those things....

I'd ask the doctor or your phamacist if it's ok...

I would hold off until after your tests. Many of those ingredients are also anti-inflammatory and may skew your results.
