Hi every1, thanks for reading.

I think i have a swollen lymph node on the back left side of my neck just below my head. The problem is it changes in size on an hourly basis. i can feel it 1 min and it is not there, then an hour later (or less) its about 1.5 inches big. It is painful sometimes, like a sporadic pulsating pain lasting about 5-20 seconds. its been around for about 3-4 months now. I was poking at it A LOT but i have recently stopped and it has not gotten as big as it used too and the pain is pretty much gone. It is pretty hard and unmovable, also its not round at all. It almost feels like one of those Triple A batteries. ***!! is wrong with me??? Anyone ever have anything similar to this?

Check it out with your doctor. Some times we will have blood veins that will bulge for no apparent reason. Some times it is important to know exactly what the problem is.

Wait wait Wait, what? Indy, what did you just say haha???

Do you guys think it could have been from poking it a lot for like 3 months straight? cant that cause enlargement? i have barely touched it for 4 days and its almost gone now, i think.
