A good place would be to let us know what you find makes you depressed.

Honeybee-

You're not alone. I have come to the boards looking for answers. I, too, feel like I have been crying constantly for a week and I don't know why. I was always emotion as a child and teenager, but I have always felt that what you come through makes you stronger and who you are. I don't know what's wrong with me. Everything seems to trigger it. When you start crying does it feel like you'll never stop? Or like you are crying because the worst thing in the world just happened to you even though there doesn't seem to be a reason? Please share your experiences. Take care

I agree with mommabee .Talking about the things in your life can help you to discover why you feel the way you do . You dont have to go it alone .There are some great people here and you can feel free to say whatever comes to mind . It helps to end the confusion you feel too.

wishing you well

 I don't know if you are on any meds. When I have uncontrolable
crying it means my meds aren't working. I can cry a little but not much if they are doing their job.

I have been on meds, most didnt work but i did find one in the end which with councilling helped, I am slowly getting better, but still need help, the doctors are usless.I have also paid to have CBT councelling as coulnt get it else where. Hi I'm new too. On reading your post I'm wondering wheather you have or have thought about counselling. Often GP's and even some pyschiatirsts don't even have the time or the experience to be able to help. But, if you maybe check out local therapist's in your town it might help. I am lucky to have a brrilliant one. I have been seeing her for two years and she has come through the other side of alot of the stuff I'm going through so she can relate to me whereas family just didn't want to know and some friends didn't understand. I hope this helps abit. Take debdough.

Hi ,

Yeah i have haad councelling for the last 3 yrs on n off!! Its did help, but the doctors dont really do much.

I have to take each day as it comes, I hardly plan ahead as i suffer from panic/anxitey attacks aswell.

Can I ask where ppl are from?
