Has anybody used this nasal spray before? If so, did it help you at all? I have been dealing with this nasty sinus infection for the past 5 months and my ENT doctor has suggested surgery but I would like to try something else before saying yes.

I've never tried it, but it looks homeopathic and anti-bacterial. I'm not sure I would personally use a product with coloidal silver. You might want to do some research on it. Other remedies are worth a try, but if you've been told you have structural issues, you'd be better off having the surgery.
