What derealization and depersonalization is?

Hmmmmm, you might want to put those words into a search engine or use this site's online dictinary, but from what I understand they are very closely related in that events that are occuring to or around you feel & seem like they are happening to someone else rather than you. Kinda like you being outside of yourself & watching what is happening, but it's not happening to you. Anyway, I may be wrong on this, but this is my interpertation of what I understand these terms to mean. Good Luck in your quest. cat
