I thought I would offer this idea. I have suffered with osteoarthritis for 13 years. I have had surgery for worn joints and tried everything offered - the only help was pain relief in the replaced joint but the rest of my body was still hurting. Eventually I began reading books from the library about curing arthritis with natural remedies etc.

These books offer many different idea but what has worked for me is to eliminate wheat from my diet. At first I totally eliminated the wheat and noticed improvement in a couple of days - after a week I would say I was pain free. I now can have a minimal amount of wheat several times a week without return of the pain - I usually have the wheat when in a restaurant. At home I use a lot of corn products (without return of pain) such as corn starch, corn tortillas etc. It is still amazing to me. I know this would not be the answer for everyone but I would definitely recommend reading some of the books and trying some of the ideas. To me this feels like a miracle.
