Anyone have any tips on how to keep up your energy all day long?
I wake up tired even with enough sleep, and I'm trying to find ways to make me more energised to last the whole day, and to keep my focus.
Are there little things that you've found have helped? Like eating at certain hours, or not eating past 9pm or anything like that?

I can give you tons of tips. The key to feeling energic is ultimatley how well your metabolism is running. You increase your metabolism by exercise. High intensity. Throw in six healthy meals a day and plenty of water and you will have energy.
