I tend clench and grind my teeth too. I have not noticed my teeth being mobile though, but I think I have read some where over time your teeth will move if your a chronic grinder. I only do it when really stressed out or if having pain in my teeth and yeah my jaws do get sore when I grind. Hope this helps.

If you grind your teeth a lot and really bad they will move. This happened to me and was when I found out I was a grinder. Talk to your dentist and get a night guard to protect your teeth or you will crack them.
