I am new to posting so hope I do this right. I am in my mid-40's and am at my wit's end - usually a pretty together person emotionally - but for the past 2 weeks I have been so emotional that I don't even recognize myself in my reactions to things. I also am suddenly rethinking past upsets in my life that I have not thought about in years. I am so weepy it is really concerning me. I heard that you get emotional during menopause - is this the beginning?? Is it time to look into hormone therapy??

Hello dear,
I get that why too during PMS, but it seems to come & go nowadays.
Maybe if you go outside and feel the sunshine or go out more with friends and families during these times would help reduce the weeping times.
I heard that too during menopause, we would get all weepy. My mother sure did, weepy & grumpy. LOL gosh, I hope I don't get grumpy.
