I was wondering if anyone could tell me some excersises to tighten and firm my thiegs and butt. yes i go to the gym about 3-5 times a week, and do cardio from 25-45 minutes. and i have a good low calorie diet. but not much has happened to my legs and butt that i have noticed. I started my diet abuot a month ago and i have lost about a lb a week(seen most results in my stomach). I also do walking lunges abuot 2-3 times a week with 15 lb dumbells! please post thank you

As it sounds like you are observering, your body will lose and gain weight in genetically determined areas. The fact that you are losing weight means you are headed in the right direction. You have only been at it for a month which is a very short time. Think about how long it took you to gain the weight you are now trying to lose. Stick with your program and don't give up. Try adding some squats and stifflegged deadlifts, or some leg presses in the mix once a week. Remember, small consistant gains over an extended period of time equals enormous results! Stick with it!
