I don't know if anyone could help me but, I have a really sore stomach the symptoms are:

Bloated
Trapped wind most of the time
feel consitpaited most of the time
Can go and open my bowels but it doesn't really help me all that much
I also feel in the middle of my stomach there is like a little fire going on inside which makes me wince in pain :(


The pain comes comes and goes every few days aswell.

Can anyone shed any light should I go and see my GP at all?

The best thing to do with all stomach pain is to lie vertically, on your sofa or bed and put something warm on your stomach and rub is gently or massage if you have a partner or someone get them to do it its more relaxing the traped wind will soon come free and you will feel alot better.
