Sponsor Harry 03-07-2006, 10:12 AM The best way to bulk up a stool and make it regular is to take a water soluble fiber supplement with adequate water. It works as well for loose stools/ diarrhea as it does for constipation. Eating too much insoluble fiber will produce too many stools in some people!! |
