View Full Version : Third Time going on the fourth for my root canal crown

I had to have a root canal redone last year and needed a new crown for my tooth. The crown fell off in less than a year. I went in again to my dentist to have it redone. This is the second dentist and third time I have had to have a crown on that tooth. After having to go back to the office several times due to fact that they had the crown delivered to the wrong office twice, I finally had a cemented back in.

I felt this dentist and his staff were very unhelpfull, so I went back to my origianl dentist I used to have before having to move dentist to health insurance. She said that the new crown does not even fit my tooth and to go back and demand my money back. She gave me an X-ray showing the crown does not fit and told me to show it to the denist.

I went there and they told me that the head dentist is not in until this comming Wednesday and I will have to come back again to speak to him.

What are my options here?
