I am on day 13 of my cycle. (my cycle is 35 days). So that means I wouldn't ovulate on day 14 like women who have 28 day cycles right? Anways today and yesterday I have had a clear sticky discharge. Does that mean anything?

Sticky discharge is not fertile. Fertile discharge will be slippery. Generally speaking, you O 14 days BEFORE your next AF should arrive. This is just a general rule though, every woman is different. If you want to get a good idea of your own pattern then you need to start BBT/CM charting. Good luck!
