hey im curious to know if anybody tried the bowflex selecttech dumbells. Is it any good? Is it better than regular dumbells? is it worth the price? Thanks!

They're basically the same as 'regular' dumb bells, but they take up less space. And they can be a bit cumbersome to handle since the weight plate area is so wide, but in general, they are just dumb bells without 50 different pieces of equipment to cover all the weights you'll use.
