Hi everyone,

Yesterday I had an episode where I nearly blacked out, pain in my chest and felt terribly lightheaded and dizzy. This has happened to me several times in the last six months.
I have noticed over last month that I have been urinating a lot , dry mouth and thirsty (not excessively thirsty), But I have been experiencing leg and foot cramps on a daily basis, sometimes they feel like they are swollen, and the skin on my legs is driving me mad with intense itching.
Anyone think this could be diabetes? Would welcome any advise.
Thanks

Some of those symptoms are consistent with diabetes. I would recommend you see a doctor for a blood test.

I agree! The leg cramps I had early in the mornings due to excess sugar in the muscles. Also the extra urinating, the only thing that I would say to your benefit, is that you say you are not excessively thirsty! but maybe your pancreas is not working properly, and you are developing diabetes.

Are you losing weight? blured vision? Like the last person said I think you should see a doctor, it might simply be a case of a urinary tract infection.

Best of luck
