Hi everyone,
I haven't been on this board yet but have been on Health Boards for a little while now. I have allergies to cats and few other things. People have recommended that I remove dairy for my diet just because of the mucous issues and caesin, etc. I have switched to vanilla soy milk for my morning cereal which I actually like a lot better than milk. I actually can't stand drinking a glass of milk ever since I was a kid. I feel like I need to gag after doing so. But I do cook with milk and cheeses a lot.
Does soy milk and cheese behave the same way as cow's milk and cheese when cooking with it?? I have a lot of healthy recipes I use that call for dairy products.
My husband will have a fit when and if he discovers I'm using soy products in what he's eating than regular stuff....but too bad. :D
