I was wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong i dont go enough i only go every couple of days. For example today is wednesday and i havent had a bowel movement since friday and the only reason i did then is because i was taking something i dont want to take ex lax because i heard you would have to depend on it if you did take them for a certian amount of time. I also heard that you should go 2-3 times a day. Can anyone help?

"Normal" is anything from 3 times a day to every 3 days.
So, is your situation a recent development, or has this kind of thing been going on for a while?

well i usually dont go but every 3-4 days but in the last two months i have noticed that its taking longer.
