Hi All
I have missed a period. My last AF was on 5th Jan 06, I missed an AF in Feb 06 and have just had my AF on 5th March 06.
The question is how do i know when I am ovulating this month. Is it the same as normal....i.e 14 days after the first day of your period, depending on the lenght of my cycle? Do i count the lenght being as 50 days as i missed a period in feb or do i use the normal lenght of my cycle.
Please help. I am so confused.

I was having similar troubles trying to predict ovulation because my af was never on a normal schedule because of a hormone imbalance. Thats why I started a bbt chart. It's one of the easiest ways to calculate ovulation for irregular cycles. My chart has always been right and there are so many factors that you could include to help with predicting. good luck and I hope you try it. You'll find it very usefull (and so do doctors).
