Last saturday I was having some drinks and appearently I fell down a couple times (I can't remeber any of it, but I was told) and the day After I noticed some bumps on my head and didn't really think too much of it since I did fall. This week though I've noticed soreness in my neck and I was checking myself out today and I'm starting to get a little worried.
I have four bumps on my head, one smallish one starting at the top of my head, then two medium large-ish ones below it, and another small one below them. The bumps are a straight line from the very top of my head towards the middle. If I follow the line they made with pressure it hurts all the way down. One of the things that really troubles me is that I followed the line down to my throat and found a lump there as well. I know nothing about injuries, but I've never had a lump in my throat. It's not on the outside I feel it through my skin. It's painful when I apply a little pressure.
The next thing I just noticed a few hour ago. The part of my head behind my ear is pushed out. It's not swollen, when I apply pressure it doesn't go in at all, it's like the part of my head is just pushed out more than the other side.
Currently I don't have any health insurance (can't afford it) and I have about $50 to my name so a trip to the doctors is pretty much out of the question. I just want to know what this could be, I've never had a lump in my throat and I've never had the thing behind the ear happen either so I have no idea if this is serious or if it will just go away after a while. I'm attributing all of this to a fall on cement because before that I didn't notice anything, but the throat thing could have been there before.
I'm kind of freaking out so a quick answer would really be appreciated. Thanks.

So the bumps have gone down, but now I have pretty much a constant head ache and the lump in my throat is still there and still pretty big.
