First off, I'm doing a 3 day split workout routine. If I miss one workout, can I make it up on one of my off days?
Secondly, I need some hamstring excersizes, the only ones I can find I am unable to do with the equipment I have at my house.

There is no way to make up a missed workout, once it is gone it is gone. You can schedule an extra workout if you want, but on a three day split I wouldn't the rest will probably benefit you.
Stifflegged deadlifts are the king of all hamstring exercises. You can do them with dumbells or a barbell. Deep squats(parrallel or below), lunges, and legcurls work well too.

If your split is for different muscle groups, I don't see why you couldn't make it up on another day. I do it all the time. As long as you're not doubling up on muscle groups, you should be fine.
SLDLs are definitely king for hams (next to curls) but Good mornings are another variation for dumbells or barbells.

"next to curls" Oh man! What kind of stifflegs do you do? Thats like saying dumbell flyes are better than barbell bench! :D
Off the subject: do you have anybody you are "working with" (in the training sense) that is taking creatine?

Well, I mean as far as isolation exercises go (since he mentioned he was limited in equipment, Im assuming machines are what he's talking about). Deads and squats rock all. ;)
I'm only currently working with one guy who is taking creatine, and it's really for the wrong reason, but he doesn't listen to me. But have had guys in the past who have used it with decent results. Why for?

Check this out. Have him/them or anyone willing to try something different follow this cycle. Load for 3 days 20/25 grams a day bodyweight dependent and then take 3 or 4 days completely off and then reload. Follow this routine for 8-10 weeks and then take a week off and start again. If they are taking creatine currently then take a week off and then start the cycle.
Myself, along with those I advise and some other athletes I know have been doing this for about 6 months or so with excellent results. It is based on some current research and seems to be the ideal way to take creatine to date. After about 4 or 5 days the tiny receptors on your cells that are responsible for shuttleing creatine in decrease in number with consistant creatine supplementation. Cycleing your creatine on for only 3 days like this seems to help prevent this. 3 or 4 days off seems to be about right to keep those receptors fully functional without completely depleteing your muscle creatine levels. On the days they take their creatine it should be immediatlely before and after workouts, and then just before 3 hours after their workout, and then again later in the evening. It works even better if they supplement their creatine with alpha lophic acid. Man I am telling you!!
Try it out yourself, creatine works awsome for women too. Don't be scared!

I'm not scared. :P I have tried it before. Not that specific cycle regimen, obviously, but creatine never worked for me at all. And for now, I'm staying on a strength maintenance program, focusing more on balance and endurance (I'm strong as hell, but clumsy like a drunk monkey). But I'll note your program for future use. Thanks for the info. :D

would either one of you mind explaining SLDLs? Or could you provide me with a link of a description.

Type "exercise stiff leg deadlifts" into a browser and it should give you a good link with pictures and an explanation.
