I got some questions on what goes with what. Multivitamins, montgomery cherry tart extract, green tea, whey protein w/ milk, milk, can you guys tells me what can go together effectively, and what doesn't? For example, are multivitamins effective when taken with whey protein? Milk probably doesn't go with green tea, right? Facts to support would be great. I love to learn :). Thanks.
