Hi everyone, I'm 11 DPO today and I'm trying to distinguish any possible pg symptoms and the flu. I have had the flu now for about 5 days and it's slowly going away. The flu symptoms are so close to pg symptoms I'm having troubles trying to guess what each means. I have been really tired and dizzy. I'v only got a bit of cough left and the fevers are gone. Yesterday I started feeling a bit of cramps, maybe slight "twinges" in my left lower abdomen. I can't quite figure out if that is just from coughing too much or possible pg. If anyone knows any other unuasl pg symptoms unlike flu or cold aymptoms I'd like to hear. Being sick did a number to my bbt chart so I just need something else to look for during the rest of 2ww. lotsa love and baby dust to everyone!

Hi! I don't know if I can help you a whole lot, but wanted you to know that your situation is like mine was when I got pregnant. We had been ttc for over a year and I got the flu around my fertile time, we went for it anyways but I had no hope for the month. However, I never felt like I got over the flu during that time b/c I still had no appetite and just felt sluggish, little did I know I was pregnant. I still don't know if those symptoms were from the flu still in my system or if they were early pregnancy symptoms. I also had the twinges in my abdomen. Finally 3 days before I was going to start, I just felt pregnant, two days later I took a test and got a faint line, and the next day a dark line. so good luck and don't count anything out just because you've had the flu....you never know!!! Baby dust your way....

Thanks, that makes me feel much better. I have never been pg before and I don't usually get very many af symptoms before af actually shows. It's really hard to know what I'm looking for. Well 12 Dpo today, not much longer to wait. hugs, cookies, and kisses,
