Hello-

I just recently went off birth control last month after being on it for 10 years. I'm not real familiar with my cycle anymore.. I should be starting AF on or around 3/23. The reason I think this is because I O'd on 3/3. Well I have been having a lot of creamy white discharge. Is this normal to have the week before AF?
