im 18 years old, skinny and only 120 lbs. i jsut got a weight bench with 80 lbs of weight. what excersizes shouold i do and how oftern? anyone wanna set me up with a routine please?

Your first stratagy should be to find some more weights! Get at least 200lbs. If that sounds mean sorry. I can remember when I was in high school and only weighed 125 pounds at 5'11. Yes any exercise is good, but l am not going to kid you. In order to gain weight you need to lift weight. The exercises you need to be doing are going to require a lot more then 80lbs even if you are not very strong believe me. Also get some dumbells that you can put weights on and try to find somewhere you can do pull ups then you will be ready to go.

But start with what you have. Presses, rows and squats will give you a good, strong foundation for when you're ready to lift really heavy.

yeah im not that strong, really skinny and only 5" 8'
