Im 17 almost 18 and Im extremly lazy. Im for sure not overweight, if anything im a little underweight. So the thing is that I dont want to lose any weight but I do want to at least exercise a little so I could be more healthy. What kind of work-out would you recommend I do if I just want to get more in shape and not lose any weight? Right now Its not possible for me to get to a gym so i was hoping someone could recommend a video tape or something that I could do at home.

Run. Just go for a run, it's cheap and easy and it makes you feel soooo good. Eat those carbs and fruits and veggies, and you'll feel about a million times healthier in about two weeks.

In addition to running, try Tae-Bo, Pilates or yoga. Good for getting more fit, strong and toned.

Make sure you get yourself a decent pair of shoes if you start running or walking so you don't trash your feet.
Push-ups and Sit-ups are basic. But, effective. Get up to doing 100 and you will be amazed at the results. Add some squats for the lower body. Hindu squats if your really motivated! :bouncing:
If your weight is low, make sure to increase your calorie intake when you start exercising. Your body will need it. I had problems putting on weight when I was 18. That changes in your 30's! Adding a few healthy snacks in between meals should help.
