Hi all, when supposedly you have gallstones does doing situps hurt?

Today i didn't do situps, but i did lye down on the floor and with my legs, did bicycling motions . and i started getting some pain in rightupper abdomen when lately, and especially today i haven't had almost no pain.

i had an ultrasound, don't have results yet, doc will tell me in 2 weeks so i don't know if what i have is gallstones, but just wanted to ask this question
