Hi ladies.. I just have a quick question. I have read taking charge of your fertility a few months ago and cannot remember if it says anything about arousal fluid. Does anyone know if arousal fluid is stretchy?? I mean like stringy? I have been having this, and am unsure what is really going on. I know that I am atleast 16dpo, so I was wondering what is could be?

Arousal fluid and fertile cm can be hard to distinguish. Although, arousal fluid usually feels slightly more watery and will not usually stretch much. hope this helps.

I think it can be. I think that's one of the reasons you're not supposed to check after you BD.
