Yep, been posting here a lot! Anyway, we all know that drinking fizzy drinks which are high in sugar is bad for our teeth, particularly sipping on them throughout the day. I tend to drink throughout the day, and although I stay away from fizzy drinks, I drink tea with sugar in it, and squash, which is not the sugar free type because I try to avoid artificial sweeteners for other health reasons. Do you think these drinks contain enough sugar to cause damage to my teeth when I'm sipping on them throughout the day? Or is this only really a problem when you're having very high sugar drinks?

My dentist said that drinking soda like Mountain Dew is like drinking battery acid and doesn't brush off. He said that he sees hundreds of beautiful kids who have to have al their teeth pulled because of citrus drinks. Sugary dark cola's are bad to but the citrus acid in these drinks are double killers.
